The company Flexteam
The company was founded in the late 1970s thanks to the vision of Friulian entrepreneur Giannino Lucchese, who established it in one of Italy’s most important furniture districts.
High quality and durability immediately became the hallmarks of this project. In the 1990s, his sons Carlo Tomaso and Fabio carried on their father’s legacy, designing and producing contemporary sofas and armchairs in their own factory — distinguished by bespoke craftsmanship, attention to detail, and innovative design.
The production of sofas was soon complemented by upholstered beds, allowing living rooms and bedrooms to be furnished in harmonious styles and materials.
Most processes are carried out in-house, ensuring constant control over the quality of raw materials, the production process, and the finishes, as well as the creation of custom-made elements.
Flexteam is a dynamic company, where the passion of its people drives the continuous development of new collections designed to offer moments of relaxation with a product that is, and will remain, a symbol of Made in Italy excellence.
SUSTAINABILITY
For Flexteam, sustainability is a core value, reflected above all in the use of high-quality raw materials of guaranteed origin. The down used for filling and the leather for upholstery are by-products of the food industry, while the expanded polyurethane we use complies with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which prohibits the use of harmful chemicals in the production process
Flexteam sources raw materials from local suppliers and processes them in its own laboratory in Prata di Pordenone. This ‘zero kilometre’ approach minimizes environmental impact by avoiding long-distance and polluting transport
